Credit Card Fraud Protected

This means the merchant is protected by our credit card fraud program. If through no fault of your own, you experience any unauthorized use of your credit card as a result of shopping at one of Public Eye's Platinum Certified Merchant Sites, you should first, follow the standard notification procedures required by your credit card company. If your credit card issuer finds credit card fraud but does not completely waive your liability for the fraudulent charges, Public Eye will reimburse you for your losses, up to a maximum of fifty dollars ($50). The Credit Card Fraud Protection Guarantee applies only to purchases made on-line, with Public Eye Platinum Certified Merchants.
