Registration Type

This indicates the type of registration the merchant holds with Public Eye. All Platinum registered merchants are Customer Rated. This means the merchant is rated and reviewed by their own customers. These businesses are part of our Open Customer Satisfaction Reporting system. Customer Registered merchants have agreed to be independently monitored for customer satisfaction 24 hours a day, and to openly display their customer satisfaction record to the public.
